Agree the scope before work begins

Any engagement needs a separate agreement covering deliverables, fees, timing, access, responsibilities, ownership and support. The service pages introduce possible work; they do not promise a particular result or delivery date.

Examples are illustrative

The pipeline example uses fictional companies and fixed sample information. It shows a working method, not live research, forecasts or client results.

Review before acting

Research and AI-assisted drafts need appropriate human review. We agree which sources to use, what needs checking and who approves external communications or system changes.

Keep the first note simple

Do not submit passwords, private customer records or material you are not authorized to share. Start with the business problem and a description of the outcome you want.
