United Intelligence is Eddie’s independent consulting practice. This page explains the information handled by this website and how to control optional analytics.
Project inquiries
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, business, area of interest, project description and, optionally, the tools you use. This information is used to review the request and discuss a potential project. Submitting it does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Accepted inquiries and related working notes are stored for review. When production email delivery is configured, an owner notification includes the submitted details so Eddie can respond. The inquiry flow may prepare a template reply for review; it does not automatically send a reply to you or submit your message to an AI model.
Please leave out passwords, confidential customer records and other information that is unnecessary for an initial conversation.
Hosting, security and email
Cloudflare provides hosting and database services for the production site. Its security services, including the Turnstile check used by the production inquiry form, may process technical information such as network and browser details to protect the site and limit automated submissions. Access to the owner area is restricted separately from the public website.
AgentMail is the selected provider for production inquiry notifications. Email delivery processes the message, contact details and delivery information through that provider and the receiving mailbox. Local development previews do not deliver those notifications. The form displays whether it is operating as a local test.
Email sent directly to contact@unitedintelligence.ai is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to Eddie’s Gmail inbox. Operational alerts use Cloudflare email and contain counts and a protected dashboard link, without inquiry details. Replies are written and sent personally.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare, the host, records anonymous page-load measurements for this site through its Web Analytics service. It does not use cookies or store identifying information in your browser, and it runs whether or not you allow Google Analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy information below.
Optional Google Analytics
On the configured production website, Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. It measures public page visits and whether a project inquiry was accepted. Google may also process browser, device, approximate location and session information associated with those visits. Analytics does not tell Eddie the name of an individual visitor.
The site’s event payloads exclude inquiry answers, email addresses, business names, receipt IDs and URL query strings or fragments. Public pages use fixed page names; referrers are reduced to their origin. The private owner area and local previews are excluded. This implementation uses one direct GA4 tag, without a second Google Tag Manager container.
After you allow analytics, a small set of approved campaign labels from tagged links may be sent to Google to measure which campaign brought a visit. Arbitrary link parameters are not forwarded by this campaign feature. The first approved campaign in a tab is remembered in session storage for up to 24 hours, ending when the tab session ends. Declining or withdrawing analytics clears this campaign storage. If your analytics choice cannot be saved, campaign labels apply only to the current page. Campaign labels are not saved with your inquiry and do not identify which individual inquiry became a qualified conversation.
The choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime without automatic renewal. You can decline analytics and still use the site. Withdrawing consent stops this site’s Google Analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site; it does not remove information already sent to Google.
The “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page brings you here. Browser storage is used to remember the choice. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page.

Examples and areas of interest
The public examples describe illustrative business situations. The AI opportunity selector uses predefined choices and does not run an AI model. Choosing to request a conversation carries the selected area, tool category and starting point in the inquiry URL, which may appear in browser history and server access logs. Those choices are included with your message if you submit the form.
Retention and privacy requests
There is currently no scheduled automatic deletion of inquiry records. Records may remain in the inquiry database and associated email correspondence while the request and any resulting work are handled. Ask Eddie to review, correct or delete information you have provided through the contact address shown on the project inquiry page. Some information may need to be retained for an active project or required records; the response should explain that if it applies.
For a privacy question, use that contact address or the inquiry form and mark the message as a privacy request. Do not include additional sensitive information just to identify the request.
