Sales enablement

Make the CRM useful
to the people selling.

Help the team see where an opportunity stands, who owns it and what happens next. Improve the records, routines and tools behind the sales process.

Review how the work actually moves.

A CRM should reflect the decisions and handoffs in your business. I work through a representative set of opportunities with you to understand what the records show and what still lives in notes, spreadsheets or someone's memory.

  • Define stages around clear entry and exit criteria.
  • Clarify ownership, next actions and follow-up dates.
  • Review required fields, duplicate records and data-cleanup rules.
  • Build useful views for open questions, overdue follow-up and team review.
  • Document the routine so the setup can be maintained.

Make one improvement usable.

The first project might be a pipeline review and a prioritized improvement plan. It can also be a scoped implementation: a CRM view, a reporting workflow, an opportunity brief or a small tool for a repeated task.

We agree on representative examples and acceptance checks before making changes. The handover explains the fields, logic, exceptions and responsibilities.

Example scopeReview one sales process, define stage and ownership rules, then configure a view that highlights opportunities missing a next action. This is a possible project scope, not a performance claim.

Inspect a sample before we talk.

The interactive pipeline example keeps the original notes beside the organized record. You can inspect ownership gaps, see suggested follow-up and download a sample brief.

Questions about the setup

Do we have to change platforms?

No platform change is assumed. The review starts with the tools you already use and identifies what can be improved there. If a different tool is worth considering, that decision is made separately.

Can the process include AI?

Where useful, AI can support organizing notes or preparing a draft. The scope needs to define the information it can use, how the output is checked and which actions require human approval.

What does your team need from the CRM?

Start with the record, report or handoff that is getting in the way.
